Advice from seasoned investors
Hey everyone,
Just getting started in RE investing. I currently have 1 rental and looking to add more. I am interested in SFR and small multi-fam, until I have better processes in place. Additionally I am interested in flipping.
I listen to Brandon and David's podcast weekly and have also read "The Book on Managing Rental Property"
Would love to hear from seasoned investors on what propelled them from their first unit to where they are today.
Looking forward to connecting with like minded individuals!
