First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Coming Out

Looks like it is coming out in March. This is always a good time to throw up vacant rentals at a higher than normal price. Market is flooded with buyers that need to identify quickly before money runs out. Also, a great time to buy that first house hack with the banks money!
