Great Handyman Available
I have a friend who has does maintenance on my properties part time for the last several years. He can do pretty much anything such as drywall, laminate flooring, painting and etc. Known him for 15 years and very trustworthy and honest person. Been a life saver as it lets me focus on my other businesses. He charges me 15 dollars an hour.
His full time job was as a quality assurance engineer at a manufacturing facility. He unexpectedly got laid off and is looking for additional maintenance/rehab hours until he finds something new. I'm pretty light on work right now but I know how hard it is to find good help so I thought I would see if anyone on the forum needs help.
PM me if you would like his contact info.
Thanks,
Dan
