I am pretty new to real estate investing.  I found this forum after buying several investing books on Amazon (one of which was a bigger pockets book).  I have been looking around on this site for the last couple of days and will likely get a pro membership.  With all that said, I am looking to get some advice on picking a local property management company for a rental that I have (we just recently had to evict a tenant who was very delinquent on rent).  I want a company that is good at advertising and keeping the rental occupied /  screening for tenants and one that can help make recommendations on repairs that will help us either increase occupancy rate or allow us to collect more rent.  I also want a company that has list of good contractors to do quality work on the house.  If anyone has recommendations or thoughts on this, I would love to hear from some of the more experienced people here.

Thanks,
Jason
