@Rob Bergeron - It's exciting news! I've got half an acre of C-zoned land with a single rental sitting on it across from Gil Holland's "Pilot House" building, very close to the waterfront park expansion.   I started accumulating it a handful of years ago in anticipation of better things coming to that area. I'll have to come up with a plan for what to do with it soon.
