Meads? Delete this board?

I've never heard of Meads, and there are no posts here. Turns out it's an unincorporated community near Ashland. Would it be more appropriate to rename this board Ashland, since that is the nearest city, or better yet, delete it entirely, because investors in this area are more likely to visit the Huntington, WV forum? We don't have a separate forum for Northern Kentucky (south of Cincinnati), and it's a much more populated area than Ashland / Meads.
