Hello, I'm a real estate investor new to the Lexington, KY area, and I'm looking to get connected with local wholesalers. I'm interested in 6- to 10-unit multifamily properties. I'll be arriving in January and will be getting to know the area and would love to meet some local folks in the REI community. Feel free to reach out directly - would love to meet for coffee or have a zoom call.

Hey @Peter Stevenson and @David M. Ward glad to see some more interest in our area of the Bluegrass State. As stated by Brandon BREIG is probably the place you are looking for to best hook up with local investors and learn about the industry. Also, reach out to me if you want to network since I would be happy to as well. Unfortunately, no in-person events right now for obvious reasons but happy to jump on a call or just chat as well.

Thanks for the shout out @Brandon Castillo
