Sagging Crawlspace and Ceiling Uneven Floor Repair Quote

Hi all, I'm an out of state investor currently under contract to buy a home that may need some structural repair. It appears that the ceiling, crawlspace are sagging, and the floor is uneven in some areas. Per inspection report one of the items: "sagging present throughout interior ceiling, cracking around most window and door frames, floors very uneven / unlevel indicative a structural movement further evaluation recommended."

Does anybody have a good referral for the Kansas City, Ruskin Heights area? If anybody could give me a ballpark estimate for this type of repair on a 1200 SF property, I would appreciate it.
