Hi,

As a new out USA investor in KS, MO, I am trying to explore and learn as much as possible. I have one SFH for rental.

I was wondering, what are some special laws/rules for Jackson county, that I should be aware of?

What are the most common fee penalties? What are the most common cases for tenants sues?
