New investor looking to invest in Kansas City

Hi Everyone,

I have been lurking the BP forums for few weeks after starting to listen to the BP podcast. I am a relatively new investor looking to buy my first investment property. I live up north in Toronto, ON and will be an out-of-state investor. Any recommendations for agents who can help me out? I'm looking for SFR or MFR but I've heard it is quite difficult to get a good MFR in the hot market, something in the 100-200k range that will need some work done on it. Just trying to dive into a decent cash flow property to start learning how to do rehabs and manage rentals. Would love to chat with anyone who has some advice for me!
