Experience with Larry Myer?

Hope you had a good weekend and ready for the week ahead.

Have any of you had experience working with Larry Myer? He runs a company called ICR Real Estate Services in KCMO. I've heard him on a few podcasts and spoken to him about his investments and overall he seems like a straight-shooter and is very knowledgeable about the Kansas City market. But I'm still trying to do my due diligence. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks!
