Kansas City Turnkey Multi-Family

Hi All,

Hope your weekend's are going well. I'm interested in turnkey multifamily's in Kansas City, MO. I know there are a good number of players of turnkey companies who handle SFHs in that market --USREEB, Norada, Pinnacle, etc. to name a few -- but I can't seem to find any that specialize in multifamily properties (duplexes, triplexes, etc.)

More importantly, do multifamily properties WORK in the KCMO market? I know that they do not always work in some markets--people simply do not want to live in those kinds of properties and the amount of work that goes into getting one of these units properties tenanted isn't worth the return.

Hope that makes sense. Please let me know, thanks!
