Hi all,

As the title asks, what percentage of your total REI sales in 2020 were from OOS investors? Yes I have been hearing that 2020 was the best year for real estate professionals since 2005, but I wonder if it's largely driven by OOS investors looking for yield. Cities around the same population as Wichita are typically capping lower, and the tenant base of those cities around the same cap are far worse than Wichita, from my limited experience investing in 3 states. If OOS investing is trending up in Wichita, then I think this is an exciting time to own some real estate and hold for appreciation. What are your views?
