LOOKING FOR WAYS TO FIND & ANALYZE PROPERTIES IN WICHITA KS

I just moved to Wichita, KS from Georgia and am having a hard time finding online sources to find and analyze potential investment properties.  When in Georgia, I was using redfin.com ALOT but they are not available in this area.  Any other suggestions that I could check out that might work?

Sandra O. I would suggest working with an investor friendly agent. With access to the MLS an agent will take the property you want analyzed and use a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) to approximate the ARV using comparables to come up with a pretty good ARV.

I'm taking my RE License exam this Tuesday. I can use my access to the MLS to help you out in a few weeks if you'd like.
