I was wondering if there are any property managers or people familiar with the Des Moines, IA area that would be willing to give me some insight on the McKinley School/Columbus Park Area.

What is this area like? What are the vacancy and crime rates here? Who typically rents in this area? What do 2/1, 3/2, and 2/2 rent for in this area? Is there anything else that should be known about?
