Moving to Des Moines & seeking info

Hi Guys,

I was just given a job offer to move to Des Moines and accepted it. Waiting on the background check to wrap up, and hope to start in mid-late January. I have two single family rentals here in Houston, and would really love to get into small multifamily buildings. To that end, I've been checking loop-net & realtor for the MLS. I know that's not the best source, but I don't know any wholesalers in the Des Moines area.

So... do you guys have any recommendations for the following:

Wholesalers

Hard money lenders

Contractors

Also, when is the next Real Estate Investor meeting. I'd love to learn more about the market, and network.
