Pay structure/profit share for deal finder

Hello,

I am a construction manager looking to flip a home in the next few months. I have come into contact with someone I knew from the past who now works with a real estate investment company and is responsible for finding properties that are best suited for flipping.

I would like to partner with this individual and another financial investor and was wondering what a fair profit share proportion would be for the role of finding properties worth investing in for a flip.
