Location of property to flip

Hey everyone, when looking for houses to flip how important is the location or area of the property? If you find a great deal in a not-so good neighborhood can it be a good purchase or will you get stuck with a nice home that you rehabed and can't sell it because of location? Thanks!

There's a reason the number one saying in real estate is "location, location, location"
