Ductless Bathroom Fan or heater- Old heater replacement
I'm doing a light remodel on my 2/1 unit. In the bathrooom I'm replacing floors, toilet, vanity and mirror. The bathroom currently has a 1970s heater (pictured) that hangs off the wall. The unit is baseboard heat, so its the only heat for the bathroom as there are no baseboard units in the bath. The unit is currently about 6 foot high and between the vanity and toilet. There is no duct in the bathrooms on this duplex, I know the best option would be to put a hole in the wall but I do not plan on doing that. It has been fine for 50 years, and I'm not keen on new holes in the wall.
Here's some options I'm considering. Any thoughts?
Ductless Fan - only - I'm not sure if the wall has enough depth to put this in.

@Mike Reynolds yeah, that makes sense. Best to get moisture completely out!
