Newbie here, need help
There is a run down home in my town, can get for $30,000 or maybe less, needs septic and roof($$$) renters live there, pay 560 a month, never late with rent. I want to get into wholesaling and flipping, should I buy or not? Do you think I could wholesale this. Assessed value is 55. its on 2 acres of land. Thank you in advance. Again, forgive me I am new here and the this field.
