Hello BiggerPockets KC folks! 

I am looking to do my first SFH flip in KC. If you have done any flips in the area:

What should I be aware of when planning a flip in Kansas? What is the minimum $$$ range needed for a SFH flip? and what are the best areas to look for properties?
