Trying to find rehab opportunities in Utah

Hello everyone,

My wife and I have been house hacking for several years now and are currently looking for ways to purchase rehab properties around Salt Lake County, Tooele County, Weber County, Davis County, and possibly Utah county. With inventory so low around these areas per the MLS, what would be some great ways to find rehab properties either to flip or to Brrrr.

I appreciated,

Tandric

@Jian Wei Tandric Bench Have you thought about driving for dollars in the neighborhoods of interest? Also, you could consider purchasing a list of properties you are interested in. With these properties, you can either door knock or try a direct mail campaign. it takes time and persistence with these types of campaigns. Don't expect a high response rate, but consistency is important.

    Best of luck!
