Fist time flip/strategy
Hello everyone, I’m seeking advice and information on how to go about my first flip. My business partner and I collectively have a good amount of money saved up to invest but not enough to pay for the whole flip in cash. We will be working as 50/50 partners on our first deal. We also have a side business we run that generates decent revenue. Both of us have good credit and we live in a smaller city in the Midwest that’s growing and the cost of living is cheap. There’s lots of new construction going up and there seems to be a good market for flipping. Any help and insight will be appreciated.
