Choosing the right electricians doing full rewiring for rehab

I’m doing my first full gut rehab and have gotten 5 bids on the total replacement of the electrical inside and outside. The bids vary by thousands of dollars by licensed electricians. With this work needing to pass inspection, should I be concerned about going with the cheapest option or is this part of the project I should skimp on?
