I was tired of not making any moves so I am jumping right into it. I have a house I’m looking to buy so I can flip it and I want to make sure I have my ducks in a row before I go through with it. I’m beyond nervous and seeking advise. Please if you have any questions about it and advice send it my way.

$100k for the house maybe

Roughly $20-30k in Repairs could be way off.

I’m a rookie and know close to nothing as I haven’t ever done this.
