BP Guide to Estimating Rehab book?

Does anyone know if this guide includes any information on dealing with Burn Homes or even Flooded homes? I know those are special cases but I've run into several burn home deals lately and have no idea how to estimate for the extra costs involved.
Thanks!

I have just finished reading the book and this is my first post! The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs does not specifically deal with burnt or flooded homes. I think the book will be very useful to you with estimating the repairs on what the fire has actually damaged. For instance, you may have to replace all insulation and drywall due to the smoke damage. Aside from exacts of handling smoke damage, air quality, soot removal, and air duct cleaning of a fire damaged home, I think the book will be a benefit.
