Just getting started in NY
I am just getting started in the NY (central parks) and when I say just getting started I mean I’m still looking for a contractor and an investor. I am trying to go the hard money loan route because I would like to make this my full time job. Therefore I am unemployed until I find more money. I do have 40,000 to put down. Anyways! Any advice or help is appreciated!

Hi @Michael Dupree,
BiggerPockets has a hard money lender directory under the 'Network' tab.
You can search by state, e.g. 'New York', to find some hard money lenders.
Best of luck in your search!
