Just received a dollar in the mail from Tucker of TTM Development in Portland who just did a podcast. He said he hoped I'd remember him if I decided to sell my house on Shaver.

Thanks @Tucker, will use that dollar for a donut tomorrow.

This is really a marketing business before anything else....so whether its our $1 bill or anything else, you have to give people a reason to remember you, as well as stand out from all the other crap in their mail box. If you can figure out how to consistently stand out from your competition there is no limit to the $$ you can make in this great business.
