What books would you recommend?

Greetings,

I am in the beginning of my real estate journey. I would like to know what books you might recommend? I am leaning towards house hacking and multifamily properties. However, please feel free to recommend any books you thought helped you in your real estate journey. Thank you!

@Jennevy Wallendorf  Start off with Hous Hacking by Craig Curelop and then move onto the Multifamily Millionaire V. 1/2 by Brandon Turner & Brian Murray.  After you have finished those checkout Long-Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene, because CA real estate is expensive!

All of these books can be found here on BiggerPockets. & Best of luck on your journey.
