Features / Finishes in a Sellers Market

Question for the flippers. Are you finding yourself adjusting your finish level in a sellers market? I've seen a lot of product get much sloppier over the past year and it seems people are doing a lot more of the bare minimum to their flips these days.

I'm asking myself some return based questions on some flips i'm working on right now. In a market where I can probably get a contract within days, is it worth spending the money on granite counter tops vs refinishing the laminate, upgrading from flat to six panel interior doors, etc.

What has been your recent experience. Are you still finishing houses to the same level of finishes as a year or two ago in todays tight market?
