Rehab template request
Howdy.
In the 90’s, I attended a seminar on rehab and flipping.
One of the concepts discussed was rehabbing to mimic new home quality.
To that end, there was a template that was used for ease of estimation and contreacting.
For example -
Master bath
Vanity qty 1 Home Depot part number xxx-zzz
Vanity mirror qty 1 Home Depot part number ttt-hhhh
Vanity light. Qty 1 Home Depot part number key-55u
Etc.
The template had everything that might be needed in a rehab.
In this manner, an investor knows the cost of material and can better judge cost of labor. It also standardizes the rehabs.
The template I have is now over 20 years old. Starting to become interested in doing this.
Does anyone know of a contemporary version that might exist?
Thanks
Paul
