Looking for a House Fix/Flipper mentor (Houston)

HELLO everyone,

My name is Jose and I hope this message finds everyone doing well. I am an aspiring real estate fix/flipper in the Houston area.

I feel like I am stuck in a cycle of learning the process when it comes to flipping. I would love to cut out the hypotheticals and see it into action rather than youtubing and reading. I am hoping to find someone who is experienced in the Houston or surrounding area and wouldn't mind me shadowing and OR asking questions when they have the time. I would greatly appreciate it ! ( Wouldn't mind being put to work in exchange for the knowledge).
