Hello. My name is AJ. I’m a aspiring house flipper and I currently reside in Phoenix Arizona. Soon I will be relocating to Houston Texas. Although Houston is not set in stone I would like anyone’s advice on areas that I should maybe consider or take a look at. Thank you.
