Flipping in Connecticut
Interested in doing my first flip. I was in the market for a personal house and I was looking in Connecticut. Now I am turning my focus to do a flip instead of getting a personal. I was looking in Shelton, Monroe,Newtown, Southbury, New Milford, Milford area. Anyone familiar with the market there for flipping? I’m only aware of the market from a buyers view. It’s hot. But how would it be flipping. Any insight will be truly appreciate.

I currently have flips under way in Southbury and Brookfield. Due to COVID the competition for flips is very tough right now. On the other hand we’ve finally seen property values go up in this area as well. There are a lot of people from NY piling in here. I’d be happy to help any way I can. I’m a contractor with subs in every trade and my wife is a realtor. Let me know if you need anything.
