FHA vs Conventional

Hi, I'm in the process of selling my first flip and it's been one thing after another with the buyers lender. The buyer has an FHA loan and I'm curious to know is there a difference in between FHA vs Conventional loans as far closing the deal in a timely fashion? Thanks

@Mindy Jensen I do have a detailed list of all of the upgrades which are many because the property was abandoned for years. It was hard to get good comps because there’s not many homes in the area that sit on a double lot with a side driveway and brick garage. But I do feel that we listed at a great price point.
