What kind of backsplash do you like to use on a B class rental? My project will have basic granite countertops and LVP floor, but looking for backsplash ideas.

Don't overthink it. It's a rental and not a flip. Not sure what's popular in your area, but you should look at similarly-graded rentals in the area and stay in line with that. White subway tile is timeless and most people find it appealing. Simple and good looking without breaking the bank.
