Contractors or construction company ?

Hey ,I'm a new real-estate investor located in the northern California area that is interested in the BRRRR method ,can anyone please help me with any typeof helpful information as to if it is a good idea to hire multiple contractors for my first project or find a good construction company

I'm interested in a rehab for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house ,which is abandoned and needs a complete make over

 It depends on the scope of the rehab, your experience and schedule. It's always best to go turn key with an experienced GC that does the type of work you want to do. Let them supply everything and you focus on finding deals, getting them sold and raising the money to grow the business. That's the fastest way to scale and always most cost effective in the long run as the GC has the burden of insurance costs, the have to warranty everything and they pay for any mistakes not you.
