Appreciation of Property From In Ground Sprinkler System
I am planning on installing an in ground sprinkler system at my duplex because as of right now, if I do not go and water it using hoses and sprinkler attachments, the lawn does not get enough water and will get burnt. My question is, is this just something that will prevent my property from losing value with a dead lawn, or is having an in ground sprinkler system something that can force some appreciation of my property?
I would love to hear from everyone’s experiences!
