Bought first investment property as a duplex thanks to BP. Have some items if anyone in the area is doing an upscale remodel and is on a budget. I'm also looking for things to and open to networking. Mods sorry if not allowed.

$550 - Tankless Water Heater Tempra 36 Plus - reg $700 - new in box, I calculated I'd save $640/year in utilities, but needs 300amp service which will cost me $2.5k upfront.

$450 - 36" Farmhouse Sink Vigo Matte Stone -  reg $700 - new in box, didn't measure sink size...

$25/each  - Two Inside doors 32" Left hand in-swing. Height 77" and 82"

$20 - Toilet - works fine, white, just got a nicer kohler

$160/each - Two 32" Dell Monitors UHD, they're just massive

$100 each - Two Fake Longhorn Decorative Skulls

Will probably have more stuff with more demo.
