Hi!

Anyone in the Chattanooga area looking for a helping hand with one of your real estate projects(Demo, painting, tiling, whatever)? I want to offer my assistance - free of charge. The experience is payment enough! I consider myself a fairly quick learner and a sufficiently handy person. Show me what to do and I'll get it done!

Please reach out if I can help with anything real estate related!

@Jerry Fowler Are you looking to learn how to work on properties? If so, you may be better off trying to apprentice under a contractor/handyman or GC. They may even pay you to learn.

If you are looking to learn real estate investing, you are better off offering to run errands, do showings, material runs, place ads, transaction coordination, make phone calls, etc.
