First steps into Fix & Flip

Hi BP FAM! As an Australian wanting to fix and flip properties in the US I have some questions that I need help with getting me over my analysis paralysis. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Q1) Can I get financing in the US to purchase the property or will I need to bring 100% of the cash to buy + rehab the property?
Q2) How and/or where do I find top quality contractors? Is there apps or websites that'll make my life easier or do I just need to cold call some local companies?
Q3) Anyone care to share their system on how they get their contractors in line with what they're meant to do adequately and to get their job done on time? (do some of you pay them half upfront and the other half when the job is complete?)
Q4) Do I need an Australian or American accountant/attorney to make all of this work?
