Looking to flip a 10 acre property that is ready for a custom home to go on it. First time dabbling in real estate. A mentor was able to get us a deal below FMV and would like to try and sell it ourselves as without an agent. Looking for good articles to read on best advice for selling a vacant property. Thanks!
