3/2 Remodel cost during 2000-2012

I lived in it for 12 years then rented it for 10. The records are illegible now. And I did a lot of the work myself. It was completely gutted throughout the years. From jacking up the foundation, new subfloors,walls doors, complete new HVAC system and ductwork, new electrical wiring, new roof deck and shingles. And a completed detached 12x12 room in the back .And landscaping. Six full grown trees removed.

My accountant said to figure out a reasonable estimate. This is in Flagstaff Arizona. Anybody have any idea?
