Flipping Houses in LA

Hey Guys, I'm currently starting my first of hopefully many flipping projects out here in Los Angeles and I'm having a really hard time finding a licensed general contractor that does work for actual flippers. Does anyone by chance have any recommendations? Preferably someone that you or someone you know has personally worked with. I didn't realize it was going to be this difficult to find someone!
