Hi! The property is in Altadena and the house is in really good shape, so it’s all just updating and upgrading. Needs a remodel on 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Installing new floors, and Central AC. Probably new windows. Painting, light landscaping, and a fence.

Hey Guys, I'm currently starting my first of hopefully many flipping projects out here in Los Angeles and I'm having a really hard time finding a licensed general contractor that does work for actual flippers. Does anyone by chance have any recommendations? Preferably someone that you or someone you know has personally worked with. I didn't realize it was going to be this difficult to find someone! Please comment or personal message me. Thanks!
