Buying first Townhome in Indiana

Hi all!

I’ve been wanting to get a single family house to flip myself but have run into some problems. With the loan budget I will most likely get (90k-100k) there is not many homes available near me. I was considering a townhome maybe? Something a little smaller than a house for my first flip. Here’s my million dollar question..

Is buying a townhome a good idea or should I wait to be able to afford a single family home?

Thanks!
