I’m ready to get my first flip house. What is the first step?

I have been nervous about starting house flipping for a while now but I am at a point where I’m just ready to go for it. What would be my best first step in finding a house to flip around me? What price range should I really be looking for? And is it a good move with me being only 23 years old or should I give it time?
