Whats your turnaround for a Hoarder house

When i say a hoarder house I mean a house with at least 4 feet of trash from the floor throughout the whole house. whats your average time from acquiring the property to listing it on the MLS? also, what strategies do you use to get the property ready as quickly as possible?

I even placed on line ads for "free stuff" and had people hauling stuff away for me for free. I tried to keep people from creating a disaster area but it didnt work. I even have a video of a lady on top of a pile of stuff picking up boxes as fast as she could, emptying the box looking for stuff then moving on to the next box. The best part is there was a motorcycle buried in all the stuff :-)
