Owner Financing Processing

I have had a couple scenarios where I have done a land contract for installment payments on an acquisition. I have one coming up that is going to be a traditional seller financed mortgage with a note/lien.

Does anyone have a company that will do escrow processing and collection for a nominal fee? e.g. Someone that will collect the check, hold the taxes and insurance for yearly payment, and distribute the P&I over the course of a loan.

I have heard some title companies and the like will do such processing for $10-20/mo over the life of a loan but none of my contacts know anyone or any company that does such loan processing.
