ROI Template for Presentation

Good Morning Team!

Does anybody have a template for ROI presentation to potential investors of a fix/rehab and flip project? The kind of thing we would put together and hand to the investor to help them visualize the deal. For the investor that has the money but doesn't have the time nor the knowledge that we have.

It's not about a presentation. It's all about relationships and demonstration of your expertise. People need to know you are an expert in the filed and that they can trust you. Once that is established you do not need a presentation you simply offer the opportunity to invest as a private lender.
